 Flat Bench

120kg - 3 sets x4

Chins / Pull-ups

bodyweight +3.5kg - 5 sets x10


BTN Press

65kg - 3 sets x8,7,7

Wide-grip EZ Curl

65lb - 3 sets x11,10,10


Bodyweight - 82kg


Solid workout. Good lifts with no major struggles. Progress!
