Deadlift
200kg - 11 reps, within 30 minutes +4 extra reps afterward (15 total)
Great workout today. I took a large weight jump over last workout (190kg) and didn't push the reps all that hard to be honest. Form stayed solid and the lifts moved a bit faster than expected toward the end. All in all, a good day. Took a vid of the last single.

Good Solid pulls. Read through your logs and training methodology. I am 52 YO that loves to lift and used mostly High Frequency training. The deadlift has always been a strange animal for me too. I made my best progress having a speed day and specialty day once week. I also I have done well with your time style volume training, but at a lower percentage (70 - 80%) and shorter time period with lower rest periods. When i could do 20 in 15 without braking form I would add weight. You might try this lighter method if you hit a wall.
