Just a lil food porn...
For this evenings dinner, I decided to do roast beef... and god damn if it wasn't a splendid idea.
Strong Prison Tray
That's 1lb Beef, 2lb of Potato, 3/4lb of steamed peas + mushroom & spinach.
If you aren't eating like this while getting strong and ripped... you should be.
All the foods I enjoy myself, just needs some sriracha. Oddly, I really enjoy green peas much more than any other vegetable besides raw carrots. Probably because they're both sweet in flavor.
Got to say, that food looks fucking awesome. What did you put on your potatoes?
