ReplyDeleteThanks for the support.
I'm following your training success, and you are really strong on your military press, it's one of my favorite exercice, and your strength on it give me a really boost!!
ReplyDeleteGood job!
Cool vid. I liked the unusual-but-very-appropriate choice of background song.
ReplyDeleteRandom question - when you first upped your training frequency like this, did you find your hands hurt like a motherfucker? Like throbbing all day? Because goddamn.
Only after deadlift workouts really.
DeleteGreat form. Do you ever wear a belt and have you ever pulled your back?
ReplyDeleteNever and no.
DeleteJoe do you do any direct ab work?
ReplyDeleteNope
DeleteI love your gym set up and training style. It's proper old school stuff, right down to the beard :-)
ReplyDeleteStarted doing 5-6 sessions a week myself. My gym is less than 5 minutes away so no excuse!
Glad to hear you enjoy the blog. Keep up with the hard training, Patrick.
