Another good session. Making slow increases on basically everything.

  1. Great log and strong progress. Can I ask what the rationale is for the 20 rep squat sets. Have you just abandoned lower rep sets for now or is it part of some clever plan? I am considering a similar set up but alternating 3x3 with 1x20 days.
