Training Log - Session #2
Ring Pull-up / Chin-up Bodyweight x15, 12, 12, 12, 10, 10, 10, 10, 9 (100 total reps) Romanian Deadlift 135kg - 5x3 Barbell Shrug 185kg - 5x20 +straps Good Session today. Energy levels were up and improved performance compared to this session last week.
