Training Week HIghlights - 5/9/2013




Rather than doing vids of invidvidual workouts, I decided to do a highlight reel of sorts. Just to capture some good stuff over the course of the week.

    Random question - when you first upped your training frequency like this, did you find your hands hurt like a motherfucker? Like throbbing all day? Because goddamn.

  7. I love your gym set up and training style. It's proper old school stuff, right down to the beard :-)
    Started doing 5-6 sessions a week myself. My gym is less than 5 minutes away so no excuse!
